Trenchless Repair

// Ask if your line qualifies
Why Trenchless

Fix the line without tearing up the yard.

Where a line qualifies, trenchless methods let us replace or repair it through small access points instead of a full-length trench. Less digging usually means less cost to put your property back the way it was.

  • Keep your landscaping. No trench across the lawn, driveway, or garden.
  • Fewer restoration costs. The expensive part of many jobs is the concrete and sod — not the pipe.
  • Faster turnaround. Qualifying jobs often finish in a fraction of the dig time.
  • Honest assessment. If your line doesn't qualify, we'll tell you straight and quote the open-trench job.
Open-Trench Dig
Trenchless
Full-length trench across the property
Small entry & exit access points
Lawn, driveway & concrete torn out
Most surfaces left intact
Restoration adds to the bill
Little to no restoration
Longer job, bigger footprint
Faster on qualifying lines

The Process

From first call to backfill

No mystery about how the job runs. Here's what working with us looks like, start to finish.

Call & scope

Tell us the problem. We talk through symptoms, access, and whether a camera inspection makes sense before we quote.

Locate & quote

We locate the line, mark utilities, and give you a clear written quote — including whether the job qualifies for trenchless.

Dig or bore

Permits pulled, we install or replace the line the right way — trenchless where it fits, open-trench where it doesn't.

Inspect & backfill

We coordinate the required inspection, backfill, and leave the site graded and cleaned up before we call it done.

Common Questions

Straight answers before you dig

How do I know if my line qualifies for trenchless?
It depends on the pipe's condition, material, and layout. We run a camera inspection to see what's actually down there, then tell you honestly whether a no-dig method will work or whether an open trench is the better call.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Brock's is a licensed contractor and fully insured. Unlicensed excavation is one of the most common ways homeowners get burned on this kind of work, so we carry the credentials and the coverage.
Do you pull permits and handle inspections?
We handle the permitting and coordinate the required inspection as part of the job. You shouldn't have to chase paperwork to get your own sewer line signed off.
Will my yard be destroyed?
On qualifying trenchless jobs, disruption is limited to small access points. On open-trench work we grade and clean up the site before we consider the job finished. Either way, we tell you up front what to expect.
Do you handle emergencies?
We take emergencies on a case-by-case basis. Call 801-918-1501 and we'll be straight with you about what we can do and how soon.

Had Zack out yesterday to replace my stop/waste. No issues, seems to be working. Zack was great, and had everything done within a few hours. I would totally recommend Brocks Irrigation, and would hire them again in the future.

I had a leaked valve in my home and Victor did a great job fixing my irrigation system. Victor and Gavan were very professional. They worked very fast and their prices were very fair. I totally recommend their work.

Excellent, professional, and knowledgeable irrigation work, at a fair price. Gavin fixed my sprinkler system that a previous person messed up. He replaced lines, heads, and he also rewired and relocated my control box.

Richard came for the scheduled sprinkler repair service exactly on time, 8am. He is very professional, and definitely a subject matter expert in the sprinkler business. His recommendations and pricing for the diagnostic, materials and repairs was very reasonable and honest… I will definitely use Brock's again.

Richard was great! He was able to come out same day and get our sprinkling system ready for winter. We are first time home owners and he gave me some helpful tips! I will be calling them again in the spring for sure!
